Healthcare interoperability infrastructure for India.
Prana is an interoperability infrastructure layer designed to connect India's hospital management systems to the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission ecosystem. We are building the technical bridge between existing healthcare systems and national digital health infrastructure: consent-governed, FHIR-native, and standards-compliant.
Infrastructure, not applications
We build foundational layers that healthcare systems integrate with. We do not replace HMS systems. We extend them with interoperability capabilities.
Standards over proprietary
FHIR R4. ABDM specifications. Open protocols. We speak the ecosystem's language. We do not invent our own.
Honest about stage
We are early-stage. We are focused on getting the foundational layers right, not on overclaiming operational scale we have not yet reached.
Prana is in active development. We are building the core interoperability layer: FHIR transformation, consent orchestration, and ABDM gateway integration. We are working with healthcare systems to validate the integration patterns.
If you are a hospital, HMS vendor, clinic, or laboratory interested in healthcare interoperability, we would like to understand your systems and challenges.
We are interested in conversations with healthcare systems, HMS vendors, and health technology platforms working in India.
